The bathroom is a bit old with a dripping shower and drain that was clogged. Beakfast was ok, but not great. The eating area is very small. Also the eggs were just whites, the sausage patties were soggy and oily. Fruit was practically tasteless, the bananas were green, the apples were mushy and oranges were thick-skunned and hard to peel. I ate toasted English muffins with egg whites two mornings.. Went to a Cafe my last day. Otherwise the room was spacious, nice windows, with a view, that actually opened and a very comfortable queen bed. Points also for strong wifi and good selection of the TV channels. I would stay again... Just eat somewhere in town.

It was convenient for where we were going, having a free breakfast in the am & also having great/free parking was a plus.
The concierge was extremely rude. I paid for early check in and it was not honored upon my arrival & I was completely written off by the concierge. She would not even look at my confirmation. So rude. Also, our room had mysterious stains on the floor (burn marks?) and the toilet kept breaking.

The room was clean, the beds and pillows were great. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
I really didn't care for the people at the Front Desk. They appeared to not like their jobs at all. Didn't smile at anytime during the check in or check out.

I couldn't believe how clean the room was! We had our grandkids with us and the room was huge and roomy. Fantastic breakfast buffet in the office lobby! Great staff, very friendly!
the only thing I would request is mattress toppers, as the beds are a bit too firm. Hubby and I have bad backs and had sore backs when we woke :/

They hold 284 pounds at the time of my check-in, and charged me another 284 pounds when I checked out. Now 4 days have passed. I still got 284 held by them. I still can't use this portion of money.

Hannah is not friendly. Would lie to see trash recycled, instead of thrown around on the ground, I'm assuming while the maids cleaned rooms. It's California for Christ's sake, recycle capital of the world.
